Forge 360 is designed for electric buses, trucks, mining vehicles and port equipment — 2 × CCS2 built from 12 × PM30 on the same PM30 architecture as the Storm Series.

The heavy-commercial platform is designed around sustained, high-utilisation duty cycles rather than occasional public charging, with headroom engineered for depot-scale operation.

Forge 360 is the flagship heavy-commercial platform, designed with the widest future-expansion scope in the range.

Future expansion. Forge 360 is designed to add High-capacity thermal management, depot energy management, BESS and renewable-source integration in future development.

Designed for

  • Bus depots
  • Truck charging
  • Logistics hubs
  • Mining
  • Ports and container terminals
  • Industrial campuses
  • Commercial vehicle OEM facilities
  • Government transport depots

Optional Accessory

Battery integration, available as an upgrade.

Forge 360 is a grid-powered DC fast charging system by default. Battery integration is available as an optional, upgradable accessory — not a standard feature on this model.

Power resilience

Designed to protect against power cuts and voltage fluctuations — a common condition on Indian grid connections — by drawing on the optional battery accessory when supply is interrupted or unstable.

Solar-ready

Engineered toward future compatibility with solar panel installations, so a site can be designed to add on-site generation later without redesigning the charging system.

Forge 360 ships as a grid-powered system by default. Battery integration is available as an optional, upgradable accessory — it is never included as standard.

Target Standards

Engineered toward recognised standards.

Certification and compliance work is planned against the following standards. Listing a target standard here is not a claim that certification has been completed.

IEC 61851-1IEC 61851-23IEC 61851-24IEC 62196-3 (CCS2)ISO 15118DIN 70121OCPP 2.0.1IEC 60364IEC 60204IEC 61508IEC 60529 (IP)IEC 61000 (EMC)
